By downloading, installing, or using TomorrowVoice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
TomorrowVoice is operated by Pathvana LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
TomorrowVoice is a voice-first task management application that allows users to create, organize, and manage tasks using voice input and text. The App uses speech recognition and artificial intelligence to parse voice commands into structured tasks.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
The App offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers:
Free Tier:
- Up to 5 active tasks
- Voice transcription
- Smart AI parsing
- Task reminders
- Plan My Day feature
Pro Subscription:
- Unlimited tasks
- Recurring tasks
- Custom categories
- Weekly insights
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pathvana LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as tasks and notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
- Apple Speech Recognition for voice-to-text conversion
- OpenAI API for intelligent task parsing
Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHVANA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
