- Task content: titles, descriptions, due dates, and categories
- Voice recordings: temporarily processed for transcription
- Subscription information: managed through Apple's App Store
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device information: device type, operating system version
- Usage data: app features used, interaction patterns
- Crash logs and performance data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Process your voice input into structured tasks
- Send task reminders and notifications (with your permission)
- Improve and optimize the App experience
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Voice Data Processing
Voice Input: When you use voice input, your audio is processed using Apple's on-device Speech Recognition framework. Voice data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers.
AI Task Parsing: Your transcribed text may be sent to OpenAI's API for intelligent task parsing. This data is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy and is not used to train AI models.
We do not store voice recordings after transcription is complete.
5. Data Storage
Local Storage: Your tasks, preferences, and app data are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
We do not maintain cloud servers that store your personal task data. Your information remains on your device unless you choose to export it.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
Apple Services:
- Speech Recognition (on-device processing)
- App Store (subscription management)
- Push Notifications
OpenAI:
- GPT API for task parsing (text only, no voice data)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With your consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your task data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

You have the right to:
- Access your data: View all tasks and information stored in the App
- Export your data: Use the export feature in Settings
- Delete your data: Delete individual tasks or all data through the App
- Opt-out of notifications: Manage notification permissions in device settings
Since data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
